摘要
介绍了天铁炼钢厂采用中包水口快换操作技术工艺及干式料工作衬工艺的情况,实践证明,可提高单个中包寿命17小时、铸坯收得率、铸机作业率也有显著提高。
The techniques of rapid change of tundish nozzle and working line of dry magnesia refractory are adopted in Tianjin Tiantie Metallurgical Group Co.,Ltd. The practice shows the life of single tundish is extended 17 hours, and the finished slab ratio and caster working rate are also improved evidently.
