摘要
为实现基于网络的CAE软件资源共享和分析服务,提出一个面向大规模定制产品的网络化CAE系统的设计方法其中有限元建模和分析过程的标准化、模板化和知识化是实现产品远程分析和服务的基础。产品的主模型开发和有限元建模参数化是实现分析模型标准化、模板化的基本方法,产品结构分析知识重用以及分析过程智能化则是通过变量优化和灵敏度分析以及对既往分析数据的归纳和总结来实现。然后给出了应用上述理论构建Web-CAE系统的构架,详细介绍了应用ASP、COM组件技术和MSC.PCL等实现定制化产品远程分析的具体过程。最后给出以摩托车产品为对象的远程分析实例。
In order to share the resources and services of CAE, a web-based CAE system for mass customization (MC) product is developed, which is based on standardization, template and knowledgeable of CAE modeling and analysis process. Master model development of products and parameterization of FEA (Finite element analysis) modeling are presented as the basic means of realizing the standardization and template of analyzing model, and then the CAE knowledge reuse of the product structure analysis and the intelligentialization of the analyzing process are actualized through the optimization of variables, the sensitivity analysis and the induction and summing-up to the precious analyzing data. The architecture of WEB-CAE system is established by utilizing the theory mentioned about, and the concrete process of adopting the key technologies such as ASP, COM and MSC.PCL to actualize the remote analysis of customized products is described in detail. Finally, an example of remote structure analysis of motorcycle is given.
