This paper expounds an experiment of the programme tutor system applied on the 4-year college students in School of Business Planning in Chongqing Technology and Business University, including organizing form, tasks, specific approaches and effects. It elaborates the role and function of programme tutorsystem for educating 4-year college students, raising suggestions and policies to modify programme tutorsystem for 4-year college students.
