摘要
目的:了解和把握名师的心理健康状况,为教育主管部门及中小学校领导实施名师工程提供借鉴。方法:2004-06在绍兴市随机选择97位中小学名师进行问卷调查,问卷采用症状自评量表,并与常模及中小学教师群体进行比较分析。结果:中小学名师心理问题的检出率为12%,人际关系敏感因子得分为1.47±0.58,与常模(1.65±0.51)比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),敌对因子得分为1.347±0.45,与常模(1.48±0.56)比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),其他差异均无显著性意义。与教师群体相比,在各因子得分上差异均有及其显著的意义,名师心理问题的检出率远低于教师群体(30.16%),表明名师的心理健康水平明显优于教师群体。结论:名师不仅思想品德、业务素养、科研能力强,心理健康水平也较高,因此,在实施名师工程时,不仅要对名师“苗子”进行业务培训,还要注意进行心理健康的教育。
AIM:To understand and master the mental health status of famous teacher, so as to provide references for the practice of famous teachers project by the author ities of education and leaders of elementary and middle schools. METHODS:Ninety seven famous teachers, who were selected from elementary and m iddle schools in Shaoxin city by random,were investigated with symptom checklist 90 (SCL 90) in June 2004,and then the results were compared with those of nor ms and the group of teachers in elementary and middle schools. RESULTS: The detection rate of psychological problem in famous teachers was 12 %.The score of interpersonal sensitivity in famous teachers(1.47±0.58) was ver y significantly different from that of norms (1.65±0.51) (P< 0.01),and the scor e of hostility (1.34±0.45) was markedly different from that of norms (1.48±0.5 6) (P< 0.05),while there were insignificant differences in the scores of other f actors.Compared with the group of teachers, the factor scores were all extremely and significantly different, the detection rate of psychological problems in fa mous teachers was much lower than that in the group of teachers (30.16%),indica ting that the mental health level of famous teachers was obviously superior to t hat in the group of teachers. CONCLUSION: Famous teachers are not only good at moral characteristics,operati on accomplishment and scientific research,but have higher level of mental health .So in the famous teachers project,it is not enough to prepare teachers who have the potential to be famous with operation accomplishment and skill training cla sses,the education of mental health should not be ignored also.
