摘要
目的:观察实施心理护理对感觉统合失调患儿的干预效果,为提高儿童感觉统合失调干预效果提供方法借鉴。方法:选择2002-07/2003-07在开封市感觉统合治疗中心就治感觉统合失调患儿52例为研究对象,男42例,女10例。随机将患儿分为观察组和对照组,两组各有男21例,女5例。两组均采用感觉统合训练治疗,实验组在训练的基础上,对家长和儿童给予心理护理;并采用儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表及评定标准。结果:实验组干预后感觉统合量表中的前庭失衡、本体感不佳、触觉过分防御和学习能力发展不足标准分[(49.9±8.1),(42.7±6.8),(51.2±6.3),(40.6±6.0)分]明显高于干预前[(28.8±7.6),(27.2±6.3),(26.7±7.8),(28.7±6.2)分,t=4.447,4.689,6.336,4.156,P<0.01];对照组干预后的前庭失衡、本体感不佳、触觉过分防御标准分治疗明显高于干预前(t=2.942,2.542,3.154,P<0.05~0.01)。观察组总显效率明显高于对照组(χ2=7.28,P<0.05)。结论:正确的心理护理对儿童感觉统合失调的干预效果具有积极的促进作用。
AIM:To observe the interventional effects of psychological nursing on children with sensory integrative dysfunction(SID),and provide a reference for improving the therapeutic effects of SID in children. METHODS:Fifty two children with SID(42 boys and 10 girls),who were treated in the SID treatment center of Kaifeng city from July 2002 to July 2003,were rando mly divided into observation group and control group,and there were 21 boys and 10 girls in each group.Children in both groups were treated with sensory integra tive training,besides,psychological nursing was given to the children and their parents in the observation group.The child's sensory integrative ability was ass essed according to the evaluating standard of child sensory integrative ability checklist. RESULTS:In the observation groups, the standard scores of vestibular unbalance ,bad noumenal sense,excessive tactile defence and developmental deficiency of le arning ability in the sensory integration scale after intervention[(49.9±8.1),( 42.7±6.8),(51.2±6.3),(40.6±6.0)]were obviously higher than those before inter vention[(28.8±7.6),(27.2±6.3),(26.7±7.8),(28.7±6.2)] (t=4.447,4.689, 6.336, 4.156, P< 0.01).In the control group,the standard scores of vestibular unbalance ,bad noumenal sense and excessive tactile defence after intervention were marked ly higher than before intervention(t=2.942, 2.542, 3.154, P< 0.05 to 0.01).The t otal significant effective rate was remarkably higher in the observation group t han in the control group(χ2=7.28, P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:Correct psychological nursing treatment has the positive effects in improving the interventional efficacy on children with SID.
