摘要
在赛前心理状态调控方面,现有的心理训练方法因为缺乏专项针对性而使训练效果大打折扣,有的甚至无效,因此在实际操作中,大部分心理训练方法并没有得到普遍应用。依据压力理论,从引发心理状态变化的两个最根本原因"不确定性的事件和不确定性的自我评价结果"着手,并紧密结合专项,确立了"设置合理目标,建立正确自我评价--收集信息,战术分析,思维训练--落实作战方案,加强针对性模拟训练--建立社会支持系统"这样一套赛前心理状态调空模式,经过实战检验,证明是切实可行而行之有效的。
The existed methods of mental practice about controling mental status of pre-competition havn't been applied widely because most of them lack special pertinence. Here, based on two main factors affected mental status, which are uncertain event and uncertain self-evaluation results, the authors offer a new model of controling mental status of pre-competition: 'goal setting, self-evaluation-collecting information, thinking training-making competition plan, simulation training-set up social support system. The feasibility and effectivity of this new model have been proved through competitions.
