摘要
目前很多企业尚无可信的行业绩效考评标准和绩效考核制度,企业无法合理确定职工工资。要解决这一问题,就要健全、合理地确定奖酬制度的步骤,并针对性地采取切实可行的措施。
Neither standards of the performance evaluation nor performance evaluation system is available to many small companies who wonder how to determine their employees'rewards. To solve this problem, we should define the sound and reasonable bonus and payment systems and adopt several feasible countermeasures.
