摘要 敏捷制造的虚拟企业(动态企业联盟)具有快速反应市场需求、迅速集中相关企业的物质、资金、技术甚至管理人才的能力。构建虚拟企业可以动态地调整中国产业组织结构,解决中国企业中普遍存在的规模过小、集中度低、规模不经济等问题,对于优化中国产业组织结构具有重要作用。 Virtual enterprises based on the agile manufacturing have the ability to grasp the demands of market, cluster the materials, funds, technology and even the people capable of management from different enterprises rapidly. The construction of industrial organism may be adjust timely and some problems in Chinese industries such as lower scale, lower gathering degree, uneconomic scale, can be solved by constructing virtual enterprises. It's very important for optimizing construction of industrial organism.
