The cause of Soviet intervention in Prague Spring is: Eastern European leaders’ support strengthened the Coalition of the Advocates of Military Intervention in the Political Bureau; the (KGB’s) exaggeration,distortion and fabrication of the information about Prague Spring misled the Soviet decision-makers;the US government’s non-interference policy dispelled Soviet’s misgivings about its invasion of Czechoslovakia.
