Deng's theories on the essence of Marxism do not focus on the general essence of socialism, but are particular regulations of the essence of socialism at its elementary stage, the core of which can be shortened into 'all to be well-off together'.'All to be well-off together'is identical in nature with Marx's thoughts——the comprehensive development of human beings.
