摘要
高校办公室是高校沟通上下、协调左右的枢纽,是联系各部门、各兄弟院校的桥梁和纽带,在新时期高校的改革和发展中起着举足轻重的作用。首先阐述了新时期高校办公室人员的素质建设,并以此为基础,从组织协调能力、创新能力、公关能力、运用网络能力等不同方面就如何搞好新时期高校办公室人员的能力建设进行了探讨。
The office of institutions of higher education plays a pivotal role in promoting understanding between the higher and lower levels, in coordinating every department; it is a bridge linking up every branch and other schools; it also plays a significant role in the reformation and development of Universities and colleges in this new stage. This thesis in the first place elaborates the office personnel's construction of quality, and then from this point, it inquires into how to improve the office personnel's capacity in the new age by analyzing the organizing and coordinating ability, innovating ability, the ability of tackling key problem and the ability of using internet.
