节目的设置定位、生产流程、资金筹措、资源多寡、成本核算、价值回报,都在节目经营的框架之中。整合节目资源,打造节目品牌,整理节目资源,促进资源再生,是多频道并存格局下整合电视资源的关键。
The managerial framework of TV programs covers the orientation of programs, producing procedure, financing, resource, cost budget and value returning. Nowadays, there are quite a lot TV channels. In order to integrate the resources of TV, we should integrate program resources, set up famous program and promote the renewal of the resources.
