频道专业化已成为中国电视发展的趋势。教育电视台要在专业化、细分化的道路上走得更远,必须克服存在的问题,转变办台理念,重视吸纳人才,建构品牌栏目,注重频道包装,整合营销,才能实现可持续发展。
It is the trend of channel specialization in TV development. If Educational TV wants to walk further on the road of specialization and sectionalization, it needs to overcome existent problems, transform the ideal and viewpoint of managing television channel, pay great attention to attracting talents, build brand column, lay stress on packing channel, combine the market, and realize sustainable development.
