摘要
企业在一个较长的规划期内规划企业自身的物流网络时,为了保证不同时期的物流网络节点选址都是最优的,需要确定一个随时间变化的选址布局,这个过程就是物流网络节点的动态选址。本文以静态选址模型得出的结论为基础,运用动态规划技术,找出了一个物流网络节点动态最优的选址—再选址方案,使得计划期内的累计总成本最低,并引入了预测准确性因子来解决预测的不准确性问题。
When an enterprise plans its own logistics network in a long period, it needs a location proposal changing with the time to assure the planning decision always optimum. The process is dynamic logistic network nodal points location. Solutions from the static location models were used with the techniques of dynamic programming to find a dynamic optimum location-relocation plan for logistic network nodal points, which could minimize cumulative costs from location for a given planning period. The factor reflecting uncertainty about the forecast was also used.
