摘要
通过介绍工业工程和创造学的概念,分析了创造性思维、创造原理和工业工程学科的关系,指出创造学对工业工程学科的发展和工业工程的运用具有重要意义,提出了应该将创造学纳入工业工程学科体系中,注重对工业工程人员进行创造学知识教育和创造力开发,并将创造学知识运用到工业工程实践中。
Through introducing the conception of IE & Creatology, this article analyzes the relation of Creative-Thinking, Creative-Elements and IE, points out that Creatology is very important to IE development and IE practice, and Creatology should be brought into the IE discipline, in order to make the industrial engineering have the Creatology education and Creativity exploitation for IE practice.
