三峡左岸电站发电机定子绕组纯水冷却系统问题及改进 被引量:1

摘要 针对三峡左岸电站发电机定子纯水冷却系统存在的电磁泵频繁损坏、动力电源保险不正常熔断等问题,进行了一系列研究和试验,提出了采用软启动器改善纯水电磁泵启动过程中的力学特性、调整400V机组自用电备自投整定时间、修改纯水系统的控制逻辑等一系列改进措施,有效地改善了电磁泵的使用环境,提高了发电机定子冷却纯水系统运行的可靠性。 Some research and experiments have been carried out for the problems existing in the generator stator pure water cooling system of the Three Gorges Left-bank Hydropower Station, such as frequent damages to electromagnetic pumps and abnormal fusing of power supply fuse wires. A series of improvements are proposed, such as the use of soft starter for the improvement on the hydraulic characteristics of electromagnetic pumps during their starting, adjustment of the setting time of the 400 V generator power supply switch and modification of the control logic of PLC. The work condition of electromagnetic pumps is improved effectively, and the reliability of the generator stator pure water-cooling system is enhanced.
