微创经皮接骨治疗胫骨骨折

Treatment of Tibial Fracture with Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Plate Osteosynthesis

摘要 目的评价微创经皮钛质有限接触板接骨治疗胫骨骨折的疗效。方法运用微创技术治疗胫骨骨折32例。于胫骨外侧建立皮下隧道,经此隧道将钛板穿入放置在胫骨外侧的骨膜外,间接骨折复位,予以低密度螺钉固定。结果全部病例获随访,时间8~29个月,平均16个月,骨折愈合时间11~17周,平均13.6周,无骨折延迟愈合或不愈合,无感染及内固定失败等并发症。结论微创经皮钛板接骨符合生物学固定原则,有利于骨折的愈合。 Objective Toevaluate the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO) with LC-DCP for treatment of tibialfractures.Methods 32 cases of tibial fractures were treated by MIPPO with LC-DCP.A subcutaneous tunnel was createdalong the outborder of thetibial,and the axia lalignment of fracture was performed using indirect reduction.The LC-DCP was inserted into the subcutaneous tunnel and placed onto the extraperiosteal surface and optimalfixation with fewerscrews.Results All the patients were followed up for 8-29 months(average16 months)after operation.All the fractures were healed with in 11~17 weeks,average period 13.6 weeks,without delayunion,nonunion,inflamation and internal fixation failure.Conclusion MIPPO is in conformity with the principle of biological osteosynthesis(BO) and beneficial to the bone healing.
