双水平正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺病呼吸衰竭

Clinical Observation of Bi-PAP in Treatment of COPD Respiratory Failure

目的观察经(鼻)面罩双水平正压通气在慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)呼吸衰竭中的治疗作用。方法64例COPD并呼吸衰竭患者应用双水平正压通气治疗,记录通气治疗前后的血气分析及第1秒用力肺活量(FEV1)等。结果治疗前后,PaCO2及肺功能FVC无差异性(P>0.05),而PaO2,SaO2及FEV1,治疗前后均有差异性(P<0.05)。结论应用双水平正压通气治疗COPD并呼吸衰竭可提高PaO2降低PaCO2,改善肺功能。

Objective To observe the therapy effect of Bi-PAP in treating COPD respiratory failure.Methods 64 cases with COPD and respiratoy failure were applied Bi-PAP;the FEV_1 and blood gas analysis before and after treatment was recorded.Results Before and after treatment there is no obvious difference in PaCO_2 and FVC(P>0.05),while there's obvious difference in PaO_2, SaO_2 and FEV_1(P<0.05). Conclusion Application of Bi-PAP treating COPD with respiratory failure can increase PaO_2, decrease PaCO_2,improve lung function.
