纤维堆囊菌子实体提取物的急性毒性和遗传毒性分析 被引量:2

摘要   [目的]研究纤维堆囊菌(So ce9882)子实体提取物的急性毒性和遗传毒性,为粘细菌新资源的开发利用提供依据。[方法]采用急性经口毒性试验、Ames试验、小鼠精子畸形试验。[结果]急性经口毒性试验表明纤维堆囊菌子实体提取物属实际无毒物质。Ames试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验结果均为阴性。[结论]在本次实验条件下,纤维堆囊菌子实体提取物为实际无毒物质,未显示有遗传毒性作用。
