摘要
溴氰菊酯是牛、羊体表常用驱虫药,为了探索动物组织中溴氰菊酯的残留检测方法,本试验选用GC ECD检测法配合SE 5 2弹性石英毛细管柱检测溴氰菊酯.以高纯氮气为载气;流速15psi;进样口温度2 80℃;检测器温度30 0℃;补充气为氮气30mL/min ;升温程序80℃保持1min ,再以10℃/min升高到2 80℃保持2 0min .采用乙醚-石油醚(1∶1,体积比)提取液提取山羊组织中的溴氰菊酯,用5g硅胶填充固相萃取柱净化提取液,以乙醚-石油醚(1∶2 ,体积比) 2 0mL洗脱药物,氮气流水浴吹干浓缩样品,气相色谱检测药物浓度.结果表明,山羊组织中溴氰菊酯在1~2 0 0ng/g线性范围内,本方法回收率为98 18% ,检测限为1ng/g .
Deltamethrin is widely used to control ectoparasites on cattle and sheep. A method utilizing gas chromatography with electron capture detector (GC-ECD) plus a SE-52 flexible fused silica capillary column for determination of deltamethrin in animal tissues was established. The main running conditions of GC-ECD were as follows: highly pure N_2 as carrier gas with the flow/pressure being 15 psi, injector temperature 280 ℃, detector temperature 300 ℃, the column temperature was kept at 80 ℃ for 1 min, then raised to 280 ℃ for 20 min at a rate of 10 ℃ per min. The deltamethrin in goat tissues was extracted with diethyl ether-petroleum ether (1∶1,V/V),the extract was cleaned with 5 g silica partition column and eluted with 20 mL diethyl ether-petroleum ether (1∶2,V/V). The recovery of deltamethrin in goat tissue was 98.18% between the linear range of 1-200 ng/g and the detection limit was 1 ng/g. This method of GC is suitable for the extraction and determination of deltamethrin in the goat tissues.
