摘要
对脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(MEE)在洗衣粉体系中等量代替AEO9进行了应用研究,在洗衣粉前、后配料工艺中加入不同量的MEE或AEO9情况下,综合考察了熔点、黏度、洗衣粉去污性能。CMEE-8、AEO9熔点分别为25℃、21℃,黏度完全相同,后配料工艺制备的洗衣粉去污力基本相当;前配料工艺中CMEE-8与AEO9在质量分数为1 5%、3%、6%、10%时所配洗衣粉料浆黏度的比值分别为1/3 2、1/4 8、1/5 1、1/1 8,洗衣粉去污力基本相当。研究结果表明:CMEE-8无论在前配料、后配料中均可以代替AEO9。
The application of fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylates(MEE)as an alternative of AEO_9 in formulation of laundry powder was studied.The melting point and viscosity of MEE as well as the detergency of the formulated laundry powder as the MEE was added in both slurry preparation and post-addition stages were measured.The melting point of CMEE-8 was (25 ℃) while that of AEO_9 was 21 ℃.The viscosity of both CMEE-8 and AEO_9 were the same.The detergency of the laundry powder with MEE and AEO_9 were virtually equal as the MEE and AEO_9 were added in the slurry preparation stage as well as the post-addition stage.In case of the MEE and AEO_9 was added in the slurry preparation stage with content of 1.5,3 and 6 weight percent,respectively,the ratio of the viscosity of the slurry with CMEE-8 to that with AEO_9 was 1/3.2,(1/5.1),and (1/1.8),respectively.All the results show that CMEE-8 can be a good alternative for AEO_9.
