摘要
采用荧光分析方法,研究了无机止汗剂碱式氯化铝(ACH)与粗略表征人体皮肤蛋白结构的角蛋白、胶原蛋白和白蛋白这3种蛋白的荧光作用;同时研究了秦皮经甲醇提取后再使用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇进行再提取之后得到的秦皮提取物与3种蛋白的荧光作用。通过荧光分析得到:经石油醚再提取的秦皮甲醇提取物与3种蛋白的荧光作用与碱式氯化铝(ACH)与蛋白的荧光作用极为相似。结果表明:秦皮该部位的提取物可能代替ACH用作化妆品中的止汗成分。
Fraxinus rhychophylla, a kind of Chinese traditional herb medicine, was extracted by methanol. The extract, after removal of the solvent mathanol, was dried and further extracted by using petroleum ether as solvent, and the residue was extracted stepwise by chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butanol respectively. The corresponding extracts were contacted with three kinds of protein keratin, collagen and albumin, which were used to approximately characterize the protein constitution of human skin, to let the extracts had sufficient time to interact with the proteins. After such treatment, the extracts were studied using fluorescence analysis method. Similarly, the interaction between aluminum polychloride, an inorganic antiperspirant and the above-mentioned three kinds of protein were studied by the fluorescence method too. The comparison of the fluorescence analysis results show that the petroleum ether extract from fraxinus rhychophylla has the similar effect as the aluminum polychloride, and possibly, can be used as an antiperspirant in deodorizing cosmetics.
