介绍了EBZ-160型掘进机外喷雾系统存在问题,提出对EBZ-160型掘进机的喷雾系统进行技术改进,结构上取消内喷雾系统,增加外喷雾系统,改变供水方式和引射喷嘴的选用等,提高了掘进机作业时的喷雾除尘效果,满足现代化煤矿生产需要。

This paper introduces the dedusting principle of the spray system of roadheader, and the problem existed in the spray system of EBZ-160 Roadheader, brought forward the suggestion on the technological improvement on the spray system of EBZ-160 Roadheader to improve the dedusting effect to meet the requirement of modernistic coal mine.
