组合型真空规校准系统由三种基本的校准方法组成，可完成１０－４～１０５Ｐａ范围内的校准。用户可根据实际应用选择不同的参考标准和校准方法，但不改变系统的基本结构。校准系统操作方便、校准效率高，同时可校准４或５只真空规，是一种非常适合于日常校准用的实用性标准装置。
Abstract The modular vacuum gauge calibration system, with three fundamentalcalibration methods, can carry out the calibration of vacuum gauges in therange 10-4-105Pa. According to the application, users can choose differentreference standards and calibration methods using the same basic structure.The calibration system is easy to operate and efficient to calibrate. Four orfive gauges may be calibrated at the same time.The calibration system is apractical standard device optimized for routine use.
