本文介绍一种自行设计的用于探索电工产品真空处理工艺参数的试验装置。它可以对一些电工产品及其元件进行真空干燥、真空浸渍和在一个大气压力下的真空压力浸渍，可以测试各种绝缘物质的放气速率，探索浸演前的脱水、脱气工艺参数和浸渍效果，从而确定对某种产品的最佳真空工艺参数。

Abstract The simulating test dovice used for explore the technical parameters ofvacuum treatment for electric products which was design by ourselves havebeen described in this paper. This device can perfrom the vacuum drying,tbevacuum impregnation and the vacuum pressurized impregnation under oneatmosphero pressure for electric apparatus and elements. It can detect theoutgassing rate of various insulating material, oxplore the technical parametersof dehydration, degasify before impregnation and the effect of impregnation.So that determine the optimum technical parameters for some products
