摘要
氧化物陶瓷经过特殊处理后具有较好的韧性和耐高温等性能,可用在电池模具中。介绍了广州某公司研制的氧化锆制品的主要性能参数;对R03电池的普通合金模与氧化锆陶瓷模的性能进行了对比,指出氧化锆陶瓷模性能优良,具有一定的经济价值。
Cermic oxide,having good tenacity and high temperature resistance after special treatment,can be used in battery mould.The main parameters of zirc onia products developed by a certain company of Guangzhou in China were introduc ed in this paper.And the performance of common metal mould and zirconia ceramic mould for R03 batteries was compared.It was pointed out the zirconia ceramic mou ld for battery had good performance and economic value.
