原电池滥用试验装置的研制

Development of the misuse test equipment for primary batteries

国际标准IEC60086-5中介绍了原电池的可预见性误用试验(即滥用试验)及试验步骤。滥用试验包括外部短路试验、强制逆向试验、过放电试验。为保证检测人员的人身安全,方便检测,研制出一种综合性试验装置,且确保了检测精度。运行结果表明,该装置安全、可靠,简单易操作。

The foreseeable misuse test(viz. abuse test).which consists of exter nal short circuit test, incorrect installation test and over-discharge test, as well as the test procedure, are introduced in IEC 60086-5. In order to carry o n abuse test, and insure the operator's safety, an integrated test equipment is developed. It is controlled by computer, and has good precision. It is improved that the equipment is safe, reliable and easy to operate.
