摘要
介绍了胶体和吸液性隔板混合式阀控铅蓄电池与普通贫液式、胶体式和硅粉式阀控铅蓄电池的差异及其优缺点;详细阐述了混合式阀控铅蓄电池的工作原理、制造方法以及技术要点。提出:提高气体复合能力是提高阀控铅蓄电池放电性能和循环寿命的关键。
The difference between the liquid-gelled electrolyte hybride type VR LA battery and conventional starved-electrolyte,gelled-electrolyte type and gr anular silica type VRLA battery was introduced in this paper. The operating prin ciple advantages and disadvantages,and manufacturing method,the key technical pr oblems were described. It was believed that ,increasing gas recombination capabi lity was the most effective way to improve the discharge performance and cycle l ife of VRLA battery.
