本文研制了一台快速、精确测量材料放气性能的真空系统，对彩显管用石墨试样制备规范作了实验研究，并给出了国内外石墨试样放气总量的对比数据。

In this paper,a vacuum system for measurement of graphite outgassing rapidly and accurately is presented.The fabrication processes of the graphite sample used in the color TV tube has been investigated.The amounts of outgassing of graphite sample to be manufactured in China and other countries are given.
