摘要
采用矩阵光学的方法对两级串接Nd:YAG激光器谐振腔进行了研究,分析了热焦距的差异对双棒串接固体激光器的输出光束基模模体积及光束质量的影响 结果表明:两支棒内模体积相等时,模式匹配较好,总的模体积较大 在匹配状态下,有效基模模体积及输出镜上光斑半径得到了较好的改善。
The resonator for two rods Nd:YAG laser have been investigated by means of matrix Optics .Influence of differences of thermal lens focus on beam of two rods solid-state laser has been analyzed. The results show that the total mode volume is bigger than others when the mode volume of the two rods are equal. In mode matching state, the mode volume and the facula radius are further improved,and the quality of the output beam has also been improved.
