摘要
本文基于对氧化物阴极热平衡关系的分析,提出了实现氧化物阴极迅捷准确改型的方法。文中以热子改型一次成功的实例,说明改型时的计算设计和相应的工艺处理所必须遵循的原则,该原则对间热式氧化物阴极和直热式氧化物阴极的改型乃至重新设计都同样适用。
The article is about the promptly accurate processing method of oxide cathode modification based on the analysis of heat-balance relations of oxide cathode. It shows the rules which must be obeyed in the process of designing and corresponding technological process with the success example of heater's modification,the rules can be applied to intermittent hot oxide cathode and direct hot oxide cathode modification,and designing again.
