Self-directed Learning Theory Model:Retrospects and Prospects

摘要 在自我学习的理论模式中,最具有代表性的是莫克(Mocker)和斯皮尔(Spear)的自我学习模式、博亚特齐斯(Boyatzis)的自我学习模式、个性研究模式、布罗克特(Brockett)和希米恩特拉(Hiemstra)的PRO(PersonalRe-sponsibilityOrientation)模式、e-学习(electronicslearning)模式。文章认为,这些理论模式解释了什么是自我学习、如何进行自我学习、什么时间适合于自我学习以及为什么需要自我学习。它们既有一般性,又有特殊性,其争议之处也正是未来研究中需要关注的问题。 Self-directed learning theory model,such as Mocker and Spear model,Boyatzis model,personality model,Brockett and Hiemstra PRO model and e-learning model,these models explain what,how,when and why self-directed learning does. They own not only the similar but also specials,and these controversies are the questions to be answered in the future.
