摘要
本文应用光电子能谱仪（ＥＳＣＡ）对玻璃经过不同清洗工艺后的表面清洁状态进行了测试分析，讨论了其差异产生的原因。还对烟与玻璃经过冷压封后的结合状态进行了剖面分析与研究。
n this paper, the surface conditions of glass through different rinsing techniques are tested and analysised with ESCA, the reasons causing these differences are discussed. The surface combined state of interface of indium and glass after pressure--made seal is also studied.
