摘要
扼要地阐述了孔度可控扩散式阴极的发展与特性。着重介绍W+25wt%Re合金箔孔度可控扩散式阴极工作范围宽(850~1100℃),发射电流密度大(3~50A/cm2)、蒸发少,抗中毒,耐轰击,长寿命的特点。
Developoment and features of a controlled porosity dispenser cathode are described briefly in this paper. The emphasis is put on introducing W + 25wt% Re alloying film controlled porosity dispenser cathode. Its properties are a wide range operation (850 ̄ 1 100℃ ), a great emission current densities (3-50A/cm2), less evaPOration rate, more resistant to poisoning more strength against bombardment and longevity.
