内窥镜鼻窦手术后Nd:YAG激光治疗对疗效的影响

Observation for the Curative Effect with Nd:YAG laser for Postoperative Treatment on Endoscopic sinus Surgery

目的:探讨内窥镜鼻窦手术(ESS)后术腔使用Nd :YAG激光处理对疗效的影响。方法:对行ESS手术后坚持随访1年以上的170例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者,随机分A、B两组;A组利用Nd :YAG激光清除术腔肉芽、囊泡、小息肉、水肿和粘连;B组常规方法使用息肉钳清理。按照海口(1997)ESS ,疗效标准进行评估。结果:A组手术后1年总有效率(85 .7% )明显优于B组(73% ) ,经χ2 检验,两组间差异有显著性意义(P <0 .0 5 )。结论:术后利用Nd :YAG激光处理术腔疗效满意。

Objective:To explore the influence of Nd:YAG laser for postoperative treatment on the effect of ESS. Method:170 cases with chronic sinusitis and/or nasal polyps who had undergone the ESS from January,1999 to December,2003 and completed one year follow-up were divided randomly into 2 groups,One group were treated with Nd:YAG laser for postoperative clearance of ESS,the other group were treated with the tradition method.The evaluation of curative effect was according to the index of Haikou ESS-97.Result:The curative effect of the group who were used Laser were better than the other group.Conclusion:The postoperative care is important and using Laser can improve the effect of ESS.
