鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术

The nasal septal construction by nasalendoscope

目的:探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术的优点及治疗效果。方法:在鼻内镜下行鼻中隔矫正术4 1例,其中单纯偏曲17例,合并对侧下鼻甲肥大3例,鼻窦炎鼻息肉2 1例。结果:4 1例病人鼻中隔偏曲全部得到矫正,无1例发生鼻中隔血肿、穿孔、鞍鼻等并发症。结论:应用鼻内镜实施鼻中隔矫正术操作精细,损伤小,安全,疗效肯定。

Objective:To study the virtue and therapeutic efficacy of the nasal septal construction by nasalendoscope. Method:41cases deviation of nasal septum are constructed by nasalendoscope, and about 17 cases are cyrvature purely, 3 cases with opposite hypertrophy of inferior nasal turbinates, 21 cases with nasosinusitis and nasal polyp. Result:41cases deviation of nasal septum are all constructed, there is no hematoma of nasal septum, perforation, saddle nose and other complication occurred. Conclusion:The operation of nasal septal construction by nasalendoscope is very refined, no damage, safety and therapeutic efficacy are confirmed.
