妊娠滋养细胞疾病93例临床特征及相关因素分析

目的:探讨妊娠滋养细胞疾病的临床特征及相关因素。方法:对93例妊娠滋养细胞疾病患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果:10年妊娠滋养细胞疾病的发病率在1.4 6‰～6 .90‰之间,年平均发病率为3.74‰。年龄>4 0岁,孕次≥5次的妊娠妇女中发病率明显提高(P <0 .0 1) ,最主要临床表现为有停经史89例,占95 .70 % ,阴道流血史90例,占96 .77%。首诊符合率达81.72 % ,误诊率达18.2 8%。结论:近年妊娠滋养细胞疾病的发病率有下降趋势,其发病率与妊娠的年龄、孕次相关。主要表现为停经、阴道流血,常易发生误诊。B超、血HCG测定及病理检查可帮助其诊断和鉴别诊断。
