摘要
选择240枚静脉清晰的13日龄樱桃谷鸭胚,随机分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ共4组,每组60枚,第Ⅰ组为生理盐水对照组,第Ⅱ组为低浓度(10-6μg/mL)Bursin组,;第三组为中浓度( 10-3μg/mL)组,第四组为高浓度( 10-2μg/mL)组,皆于13日胚龄时分别静注生理盐水和不同浓度Bursin各0. 1mL/胚。以酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测各组鸭出壳后0、14、21、30、36、42日龄时的鸭疫里氏杆菌抗体效价。结果表明,低浓度Bursin对鸭疫里氏杆菌抗体的产生有较强的促进作用,而中、高剂量Bursin反而有一定的阻抑效应。
duck embryo eggs were divided randomly into four groups at the age of 13 embryonic days, and each group has 60 embryos. Ⅰ was the physiological saline control group which is injected with 0.1 mL/embryo at the age of 13 embryonic days.Ⅱ was the low dose of 10^(-6)μg/mL Bursin injection group; Ⅲ was the does of 10^(-3)μg/mL Bursin injection group;Ⅳ was the high does of 10^(-2)μg/mL Bursin injection group. They were all injected with Bursin 0.1mL/embryo at the age of 13 embryonic days. An indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was developed to detect antibodies to Riemerella anatipestifer at the age of 0,14,21,30,36 and 42 days. The results showed,the low does the Bursin injection group had comparative strong promoting effect on immunorreaction but middle and high does Bursin injection groups had antagonistic effect.
