江西省猪圆环病毒病流行病学调查及PCR法诊断

The Epidemiological Investigation and Diagnosis by PCR of Porcine Circovirus Disease in Jiangxi Province

对江西省养猪场猪圆环病毒2型(PCV-2)感染发病猪群进行临床发病情况调查,并采用PCR方法对所收集的组织病料进行PCV-2的检测,结果表明,PCV-2感染在江西省养猪场已普遍存在。PCR法具有高度特异性,敏感性,简便易操作的特点,是检测中一种比较可靠的方法。

An epidemiological investigation on infection of PCV-2 was carried out in swine farms in Jiangxi Province,PCV-2 in tissues from diseased and dead pigs collected from swine farms was detected by PCR.It was shown that the infection of PCV-2 existed widely in swine farms in Jiangxi Province.PCR is a kind of very reassuring method characterized by specificity,sensitivity and easy operation.
