摘要
概述了药物(含激素类药物)半抗原合成人工免疫原方法以及采用B-淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术制备药物单克隆抗体的要点,着重介绍了药物单克隆抗体作为几种免疫分析方法的核心试剂,在临床药理学研究及生物样品的药物残留分析中的应用,并对其进行了评述,以期了解药物单克隆抗体的应用现况及前景。
The methods and principles for the preparation of drug-protein conjugates as immunogen and the main points of producing anti-drug monoclonal antibodies with B-lymphoblasts hybridoma technique are introduced briefly in this paper. The application of anti-drug monoclonal antibodies is reviewed in the fields of clinical pharmacology, and some comments about the methods are also given here.
