儿童胃肠道肿瘤CT诊断(附3例分析)

CT diagnosis of gastrointestinal neoplasms in children:Analysis of three cases

目的 探讨儿童胃肠道肿瘤的CT表现及诊断。方法 对3 例经临床检查及手术病理确诊的儿童胃肠道肿瘤CT表现进行分析。结果 主要CT表现: 胃内结节影; 腹腔多发巨大、不规则肿块; 肠壁增厚; 肠系膜淋巴结肿大融合伴腹膜后淋巴结肿大。结论 CT检查有助于儿童胃肠道肿瘤的诊断以及明确病灶范围。

Objective To study the CT manifestation and diagnosis of gastrointestinal neoplasms in children.Methods The CT manifestation of three cases with surgically and pathologically proved gastrointestinal neoplasms in children was analized.Results The main CT signs of gastrointestinal neoplasms in children showed as follows:node in gastric cavity,multiple huge irregular mass in abdominal cavity,bowel wall thickened,enlarged mesenteric and retroperitoneal lymph nodes embodied.Conclusion CT is very useful for diagnosing and mapping the extension of gastrointestinal neoplasms in children.
