摘要
目的 观察血管内皮生长(VEGF) 在Graves病中的表达情况, 并通过检测微血管密度(MVD)探讨VEGF在Graves病血管形成中的作用。方法 采用免疫组化方法, 检测VEGF在65例Graves病和15例正常甲状腺组织中的表达变化; 同时免疫组化检测CD34衡量甲状腺组织的MVD。结果 VEGF在Graves病中显著高于正常甲状腺组织(P< 0 01)。在Graves 病的甲状腺组织中, 随着VEGF 表达强度的增加, 甲状腺组织中的MVD也随之增加(P<0 01)。结论 VEGF在Graves病的血管形成中起重要的促进作用。
Objective To investigate the role of VEGF in angiogenesis of Graves' disease.Methods\ Human thyroid tissues of 45 cases of Graves' disease(GD)and 15 cases of normal thyroid tissues were obtained.The expression of VEGF were detected with S P immunohistochemical method,and CD34 immunostanining was used to measure the microvascular density(MVD).Results\ The expression of VEGF in GD was higher than ehet in normal thyroid tissue.The expression of VEGF was significantly and positively related to the MVD in thyroid( P <0 01).Conclusion\ VEGF plays a critical role in angiogenesis of Graves' disease.
