摘要
射频离解烃方法制备了适用于作软磁盘保护层的类金刚石碳膜。在基本不影响盘原有电磁特性前提下,保护膜兼备良好的耐磨、抗高温高湿和防霉等功能。
Diamond like carbon films used as the protective coatings of floppy disk were prepared by radio-frequency decomposition of hydrocarbon. On the premise that the electric-magnetic characteristics of the disk is not affected basically,the protective films possess functions of anti-abrasion,anti-high temperature and humidity and mould-proof effect. The wear life of a single line was in excess of one million times. The mouldproof grade of protected disk generally increased by an order of magnitude than the unprotected.
