基于自组织的柴油机PM袋滤器系统的研制

摘要 介绍了自组织理论概要及形成条件,在此基础上提出基于自组织的柴油机PM排放达标控制,并进行了软、硬件开发;最后,系统在485Q柴油机台架上进行了实验,证明其有较好的响应性,可实现对系统的控制功能。 In this paper, the theory of Self-organizing and condition are introduced, and the theory of Self-organizing were applied to the research of a diesel particulate bag filter system. the control system for meeting smoke standards has been given, and the software and hardware for the system were developed. The system was installed on the 485Q diesel engine for a preliminary test. Test results show that the system responds well and can realize the control function of smoke for the whole system.
