摘要
针对车用管带式散热器,在试验和分析计算的基础上,建立预测管带式散热器的传热与流动阻力的数学模型,即传热因子j(柯尔朋数)和摩擦因子f(范宁摩擦系数)的计算关联式,并且编制了相应的计算程序,计算结果与试验数据在常规工况范围内基本吻合。同时,也在相同的条件下采用了Y. J. Chang建立的数学模型进行计算,并与试验结果做了比较。利用所编制的计算程序分析了散热器结构参数对散热器性能的影响,从而为改进散热器性能提供依据。
In this paper, a mathematical model to predict the performance of heat transfer and flow resistance for automobile strip-tube radiator is established based on the experimental research and analysis computation, namely calculation correlation of the Colburn j-factor and Fanning friction factor, and computation procedures are compiled. The prediction is basically in agreement with the experimental results at the range of conventional working condition. At the same time, Y. J. Chang model is employed and compared with the experimental values on the same conditions. And the influence of the structural parameter on the performance of radiator is analyzed, so that the gist for improving the performance of radiator is provided.
