摘要
采用负载氢氟酸的USY分子筛作为催化剂,以苯和十六碳烯为原料,经烷基化反应合成十六烷基苯。考察了催化剂上氟的负载含量、反应时间、反应温度及苯烯摩尔比等条件对烯烃转化率和十六烷基苯选择性的影响。研究结果表明,USY负载HF后具有较好的催化活性,催化剂中最佳氟含量为3% (w),在最佳反应条件下,十六碳烯的转化率可达95. 43% (w),单体十六烷基苯的总选择性可达97. 03% (w)。
Hexadecylbenzene was prepared by the alkylation of benzene with 1-hexadecene over supported hydrofluoric acid on USY. The influences of process parameters, such as contentration of fluorin, temperature, time and the molar ratio of benzene with olefins on olefin conversion and hexade-cyltenzene selectivity were investigated. It showed that the supported HF over USY was a good catalyst for the production of hexadecylbenzene. The conversion of olefins was 95.43% and the full selectivity to hexadecylbenzene was 97.03%.
