氧化锌催化尿素醇解制备碳酸二甲酯的研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了在600℃煅烧氧化锌、醋酸锌和沉淀法制得碳酸锌而得到的氧化锌催化剂,对尿素醇解制备碳酸二甲酯的催化作用。实验表明,通过引入少量的甲醇钠,使中间产物氨基甲酸甲酯的产率有明显提高,进而表明尿素醇解是分两步进行的。探讨了在甲醇钠作用下,氧化锌催化尿素醇解的影响因素。 The catalytic properties of zinc oxide catalysts from zinc oxide, zinc acetate calcined at 600℃ and zinc carbonate prepared through deposition, in the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate by alcoholysis of urea were studied. The experimental results showed that when sodium methoxide were joined, the yield of methyl carbamate as a intermedium was clearly increased.,and even made clearly that the reaction was divided into two steps. In the function of sodium methoxide, several factors effecting on alcoholysis of urea by zinc oxide catalyst were obtained.
