优质中高碳条材用钢冶炼工艺优化

摘要 在不降低3 5~60条材用钢产品质量水平和保证使用要求的前提下,采取优化转炉复吹工艺,提高终点碳,降低钢水氧含量,强化吹氩工序,开发预熔精炼渣技术,探索并实施新工艺成分、夹杂物和温度节奏等控制措施,省去LF炉处理工序是可行的,能降低生产成本。 Under the prerequisite for guarantee against falling of quality of the 35~60 rod steel products as well as the usage requirements of the steel products,the LF furnace treatment process can be discontinued by optimization of the converter combined blown process, increase of end point carbon, reduction of content in liquid steel, intensification of argon bubbling process,development of premelted refined slag technique and application of other new processes as well as control of the inclusions in steel and temperature rhythm in refining and thus the production cost can be effectively cut down.
