摘要 分析层流冷却系统存在问题,采用调节水箱与调速水泵运行相结合的改造方案。解决了变频电机轴承承载能力不够的问题。从而满足生产需要,提高产品质量,降低能耗。 The problems existing in the lamellar flow cooling system are analyzed and to cope with the problems a revamp plan is adopted, in which the water control and adjustment box and a speed regulation pump are cooperatively used in the operation and in the meanwhile the problem about the insufficient capacity of the bearing of the frequency variable motor is solved. As the results the product quality is improved and the energy consumption reduced and thus the need for normal operation is basically satisfied.
