摘要
用真空蒸发和电子束蒸发的方法，在Ａｌ膜外表面镀一层２０～３０ｎｍ的ＭｇＦ２保护膜。制成紫外反射镜。其反射率为８８％，且有抗腐蚀、耐磨损的良好性能，有广阔的应用前景。
By means of vacuum vaporation al1d electron beam vaporati on,We can coat a 20 30nm MgF2 protection film on the surface of aluminium film and make ultraviolet reflection glass.It's reflection index is 80%。It has perfectly properties of protecting corrosion and abrasion。It has a widely prospect of usage。
